I wanted to introduce myself to the Des Moines area crowd.

Good morning everyone, I’ve already done one intro on here a while back but now I’d like to introduce myself as realtor.

But what if I gained enough liquid capital to introduce myself to more and more flippers?

I’m brand new to BP & brand new to real estate investment but I’m a firm believer in affirmations so I will (prematurely but confidently) introduce myself as an investor.

Just wanted to introduce myself.

Wholesaling is a good place to start because it will touch on and introduce you to many other areas and strategies of real estate investing.My recommendation is to buy a course on wholesaling from many of the what we call real estate guru's. 

The reason for my post today is not only to introduce myself and get to know some of the other investors, but to also get some feedback from the BiggerPockets Community in buying long-term buy and hold in a hot market.

I have been on Bigger pockets for some time now learning as much as I can but I want to become more active and introduce myself.
