I know a lot of those names on the Board as well...or were you able to deal with another local Bank (maybe even Integrity?)

Having a buyers agent has been integral part of our team.Giving the agent specifics on what your looking for saves tons of time.They can also build good relations with the REO sellers agents in the area.Keep interviewing RE agents.
