I have searched the archives and can't seem to find anything other than a few people suggesting looking on loopnet.

I have been listening to a lot of the archived podcasts and have found them very helpful.I will look into the Lansing area.

The itunes podcast app is really confusing at times and makes it difficult to find out which episodes I've already listened to so I'm in the process of finding a better alternative.

Use the application Audiobook Binder and drag you audiobook files into it and it will turn it into an iTunes compatible audiobook.

Have you tried adding the mp3 files to your iTunes library, then syncing to your phone?

You may be able to Sue the Seller, you viewed the property with that unit vacant, it is generally reasonable to not have significant change in the property between the showing, offer acceptance and closing, I would bet there is case law on this, I hop you are working with a good Realtor, ask if they can find similar situations in the WRA Legal Hotline archives and the related guidance, the agent should refer you to legal counsel and not provide any legal advice, but if I was the broker in your transaction I would be digging for case law o this.

A year after we owned it one of the building inspectors decided to enforce the 2017 IRC for all multi's in the area & dug out the archives. 

She has a vacation rental podcast in iTunes which she posts weekly.  

I think you'd do well to search online and offline records and archives for a similar case within the last few years and reverse engineer the entire file.Get copies of all court and recorded docs as well as noting law firms and attorney names.
