When I said no two "claimed" it by plunking themselves on the couch and the third ran home to get some transportation to haul it. 

We don’t have to worry about getting shot randomly when jogging because of our skin color, or during a routine traffic stop, a black kid playing with a toy gun, etc. or having our property appraisal be off, qualifying for a loan, getting a job, making a sale, etc.

@Mora ClarkHi Mora,   If you are in this for the long haul and your rental has appreciated ten you have a property with cash flow in a good rental area. 

The fact is that while being a real estate agent is known for having a somewhat low bar for entry.... it has a high bar for being successful over the long haul.

You can always come back later and change it to "yes".

Now if there is room on the property or in the driveway , I would have no problem with a boat , an rv , a street rod , or any other toy .
