They might be fed up they might know they overpriced it, most sellers expect some negotiation.

Can you just get a EIN from feds after registering with state? 

Just a cut the grass guy or a full landscaping crew?  

I was in the South Shore 79th St area today to get the grass cut at my place before the holiday weekend....and mission accomplished !

@Harrison CookA stick built house from 1960 is not terribly old  ... definitely young enough that one would expect to find finned hydronic baseboards and not cast-iron radiators with a steam / gravity fed boiler.When it comes to your building envelope, if it has not been updated, you may have early paper-backed, fibreglass batt insulation, but could quite possibly have paper-encased gypsum insulation ... in either case, it is likely no more than R5-R7.  

The guy cuts grass because grass cutting is not covered in the lease and he wants to use the yard without getting ticks on him.

Or do you guys think doing pest control before sod, might affect the grass?

Years and years ago, The only problem is that ive always been doing it for some one else making some one else wealthy while i go scraping the bucket for the left over scraps on the bottom and to be quite honest im just fed up with it .....
