So I've thought about this for a long time, and I'm genuinely curious. 

I am maintaining a guide of my own (inspired by the Ultimate Beginner's Guide) to keep all the information organized and accessible.

@Jeff Kehl Re reading my last post, I wanted to clarify that the "Any other questions" statement is a genuine one and not meant to sound snarky in the least, if it came across that way. 

He didn't get his money's worth:)It's unfortunate that there are so many scam artist "schools" and "gurus" out there taking advantage of gullible people who are genuinely trying to learn the business.

We have just started our 4th Season in business and we currently teach and inspire about 250 students, although over the first three years up to this point we have had the pleasure of working with over 500 students during that time frame.

There are so many inspiring stories on here.

I listened to the biggerpockets and flipnerd podcasts you did and it was inspiring to hear how you started and grew your business! 

He is the person that has inspired me to focus on digital marketing & say goodbye to Direct Mail.

I read 4 hour work week years ago when it came out and it was definitely an inspiring book.
