Grow a small garden or hit up a farmers market and buy your protein right, Drink water, etc.It doesn’t take much knowledge or education to do any of this it’s all very simple and common sense but most people have lost the ability to be disciplined and hold themselves accountable.  

The property has 4 single story garden-style buildings with zero common space.

So I stop by and drop veggies from the garden.

Grab a cheap plastic pump up sprayer , 2 gallon works good , and soal the wood deck , probably twice , let the surface dry , once dry hit any green areas again , once clean rinse with a garden hose .

I've got a SFH with a garden-level basement.  

You just need to factor in the gardener.

by the way I have a property with a tree trimming cost of $70/month (not the regular gardening costs but the cost to come trim the trees (some annually, some every 5 years).  

Hang out in the back yard and pretend you're the gardener.. :)
