I'm sure your current tenant would be understanding enough to film a video of your property, since that way no people would be passing through the property and there wouldn't be any possible exposure to the virus.

My house in Orlando was 95% Vrbo and only had a few Airbnb guest ever but with the virus I lost a ton of bookings and then when my calendar opened back up my last 4 bookings have been with Airbnb so I think when your hot on the platform you keep coming up in rankings.

Your STR tenant has little protection other than the protection resulting from the virus epidemic. if this were normal times, it is relatively easy to get rid of STR tenants.  

It appears this Covid virus and the economy it has created made lenders very wary.

Many said good timing would be before end of year or next year to get best deal due to Virus crisis, so I try to keep saving but instead its getting spend little by little.

I have one rental property that is doing ok, was doing great until the virus hit.I have 30k that I am looking to invest in Michigan. what would be best in today's market.I am also a fulltime student and open to new investment ideas  thank you
