Shld. buy Real Estate now or wait before End of the year?

Hi. I'm a 1st time on RE. Many said good timing would be before end of year or next year to get best deal due to Virus crisis, so I try to keep saving but instead its getting spend little by little. Thank you.

I think you should come up with a deal criteria for what type of home you want to buy and what strategy you are going to use (buy & hold, fix & flip, etc).  Then when you find that home with that criteria, buy it.  You shouldn't let anything else stop you if it meets all your criteria.
