On average we have spent about $60k to reset the clock on a 1960's single family home.

What are some companies that others are using to insure multi-families of this size?

Actually I talked to 6 different multi family mastermind groups.

Primarily for personal use for the family as well as an investment (but the numbers need to work), I am just starting out searching for a property so I am open to all suggestions and comments.
