Whatnare the disadvantages of putting a MF passive investment into a C Corp?

Lot of people are interested in having big rooms not small so if the furniture makes the rooms look smaller than it is, then that would definitely be a disadvantage when trying to find buyers/tenants.On paper it may have big SF but in the photos the property looks much smaller due to furniture being too big or arranged poorly.

Contractors usually give a decent discount because they aren't busy during cold weather4- If the property needs a full rehab (2-3 months), you'll get it ready right before spring.The two disadvantages I personally experienced:1- If you buy a rent-ready property, you need to account for a longer vacancy.

Disadvantage could be a location on a busy street which is less popular for residential, but would be great for a store-front.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both the one and two visit approaches.

The system doesn't have a master key which is a disadvantage.
