Hey everybody, My name is Hussien Shoubaki and I hope to begin my career in real estate investing. I have been leaning towards purchasing an HUD home. What are some advantages/disadvantages of going this route? What are some precautions and preemptive measure I should consider? Any help from investors with experience is welcomed and much appreciated. Thanks in advance! (I have a willing lender and will not need to finance any homes.)
