So I would do what you can to scrape up the money to get legal help OR if your name is on the properties then drop the price to sell them so they cover the mortgage amount and walk away.Look at it from the perspective of what is it going to cost you to litigate versus just get out now?

The speaker who had been friendly to the other questioning attendees suddenly tensed up and became very defensive when asked questions regarding risk, statistics and etc.in regards to the quick sell process (run for the hills... it’s the data hungry engineers!).

which seems rather 'overpriced,' for an REI venture with a handful of people or less (in most instances) using the data lines and server space, etc. 

@James McGovern- most lenders can get underwriting done  that fast  as long as they are provided with 100% of the data they need PLUS getting any disclosures needed signed immediately too 

I am entering escrow tomorrow and although I have reviewed all the various data from this property I am still "inexperienced" and we all know that although a buyer's agent has a fiduciary they are still going to have a monetary agenda so if something might be on the fence they will shine a positive light on it.

A quick Google search of actual market data does not support that at all.
