We split the parcel and can get 6 lots out of the remaining 1.6acres. we would need to run a new road and culture de sac to get the necessary frontage.

Pretty cool to be able to celebrate together.

Sam Zell, the head of EQR, became a real estate celebrity when he sold his Equity Office Properties to Blackstone at the very peak of the last real estate bubble.  

This area has a great culture of hard working and (mostly) honest folk who have been here for generations, seeing some pretty sad changes in the last decade or so.

What is great about KW is the atmosphere and the culture where you are welcomed into any of the offices if you need to use their meetings rooms etc. 

I posted a link at least year ago to a New York Times article about a celebrity athlete that was prosecuted and is serving two years.

It stands out from the rest of Maine quite a bit, in everything from culture to accents to real estate values.

I understand this might be a difficult question as investors usually aren't celebrities and don't become widely known, but I'd like to know about any really successful RE investors, past or present.I like to read the biographies of people that have what I want and see what they went through to get there.
