Its near all the big oil companies and the university.  

Has any had any experience as a landloard with propane heating compared to oil?

Upon further inspection, I discovered that one of the existing bedrooms also lacks this.The house currently has oil steam heat and a wood stove, which for insurance reasons we are replacing with a gas stove.

In December 2017 I quit claimed a property to someone else, it was then filed with the Chicago Cook County Recorder of deeds office.My lawyer who filed the quit claim said that a P-TAX was submitted to get the deed recorded.Please explain to me what this is.Also I would like to know, since property taxes stay with the property. 

I was wondering if I should switch to natural gas or electric baseboard or just hang on to oil?

@Danny Webber@Brandon Miller Yes you both have a point its more steady and i see more flips with more profit In San Antonio Where most of the jobs are more diverse and don't rely so heavy in oil Industry it seems riskier for me or at least those are my thought in the las crash in 2015 I saw so much of the population move out and real estate dropped so much it became a buyers Market with the low prices everyone was moving out due to job loss or lay offs  

I enjoy getting outside to hike Utah's beautiful trails, snowboard, and have relaxing days cooking on the grill. 

After the first year of paying for fuel oil to heat the building I switched to Natural gas and cut the heating bill in half.

I mean you can cook a turkey if you like, start a 6 hour stew in a crockpot, bake muffins etc etc.
