If there was a clear lease violation sufficiently serious and they were given written warnings to correct the issue and did not then you could probably evict.

I’m not sure what sort of extensive “due diligence” you did but clearly you didn’t.

It makes me wonder why they have to open a user on every forum to publicly clear their name, yet there isn't one real user that can show something they have really done. smells fishy at best.
