My name is Mike O'Neill and I am a 29-year-old Cancer who likes quiet evenings in and long walks on the beach a brand new real estate investor hoping to add real estate holdings to my savings and investment portfolio.

Just to throw a wrinkle in things his medical problem has turned out to be a stage four cancer.

The back story (so I was told) is the seller got cancer and just needs to dump the property, but I think the real story is he purchased it at auction, doesn't want to finish the work from the previous owner (who I found out is in prison) .

During my time here, my mother passed away from Liver Cancer.

It looks like the owner, who was a carpenter, developed cancer and maybe then got sicker, ran out of money and then died, leaving it like this.I am trying to estimate rehab costs, but fixing a warped floor, I don't know how much that would cost. 

Our son has a non-malignant brain tumor, works part time and we are still working through treatments with him.  

Also have 6 kids at home...one of which has been battling cancer since June.

I was a little bit put off about how many times he felt he had to mention that he was a cancer survivor, as if that had anything to do with flipping homes.

Mom got brain cancer and I need to be close to her, a job relocation, my kid got injured and is now permanently in a wheelchair and the old house isn't wheelchair friendly, old house burned down, etc, are what we're looking for.The other alternative, depending on how much it'll cost you, etc, would be to refinance the duplex into investment property financing with a closing concurrent to the FHA purchase closing.

The owner, who I happen to know and have thought about approaching about selling, has terminal cancer and has about 20 units altogether that he wants to dispose of.
