If your in Higher end markets I suspect brokering for one who wants to put in the time energy and build a career is far better.What I see here on BP Is I suspect 95% of those that jump on here and say they are investor / wholesalers will not get past the first year if that.Whereas a real estate career if worked at is something you can do for a lifetime.. and if gets far easier as time goe's on..

I've seen posts on craigslist similar to car wraps but not quite as extensive but they were looking for people willing to have an advertisement put on the back window of their car stating something along the lines of "We Buy Houses" with a few bullet points and a number.

if any of that happened in September, then it goes against the September rent roll that may have been collected on the 1st, the PM fee should be broken down into the 30 days as well and you only take out 6 days, that was terminated. demand receipts for the work and the paid energy bill.

I just got a small check from ComEd b/c I used less energy than the budget plan had anticipated so it's probably more like $85/month.
