As long as I can still dress like I'm homeless if I want and get my naps in... just don't have the name point to you. 

But all you need is very minimum that can get you what you need - IMMEDIATELY.Thanks for starting the dress up discussion, seen the pressure to please, but just try to care only enough to ease into income.

This however does not work for dresses and longer coats, but those are also fewer in number, so you could run hooks in the area the clothes are now.

You would never know they were worth well into seven figures & we laughed one morning when the young cashier said we dress like the homeless.

Dress professional, be pleasant but in control, you are not buddy buddy, you are the owner of the business.

I personally asked the sellers to walk me through the house, I showed up on time, dressed well, and had done tons of research on the property and in the area before I showed up.  

As units are turned over, I can dress things up a bit, but a complete gut and rebuild would not be profitable.

Being a direct, old fashioned landlord, my sister just went over there and told her get dressed and told her she never wanted her to be naked again in the neighborhood.

Dress like crap, say you're the property manager not owner, no cash accepted, good lawyer, avoid the area after dark, avoid risky tenants, etc.

Much like you took a shower, hit the bathroom, got dressed and tied our shoes this morning - you just do it and move on.
