NTAREI is having their 6th anniversary meeting tonight at the Richardson Civic Center at 7pm and it's free tonight.

Are most of your properties short term rentals in the celebration area?

Send birthday wishes, job anniversary congratulations, etc.

I celebrated the 6th anniversary of my 29th birthday back in May... have a wife and 4 kids... about $200k in student loan debt... and own 4 multifamily properties (well, the bank might have a say in that "own" word).The stock market versus real estate question doesn't have a right answer, the question is what works for you.  

Most of it doesn't sound too good to be true, but it does have the cheesy, infomercial-style photos of a guy with his car that has "Make $20000 a month with me" on the back, and people celebrating on the beach. hahaI wanted to see what your thoughts are on this.

Their techniques can work and its much cheaper to buy materials from them then say a celebrity guru like anyone from Flip this House. 

I just got flowers today, our anniversary is next month, I have the diamond already bought. 

I'm celebrating by anonymously buying someone a latte at Starbucks.
