I encourage you to look analytically about this too.

Hey Guys - I'm keen to know more about how the community uses analytics and data to drive real estate investment decisions. 

With that being said looking only at ROI is a linear approach blinded by analytics.

I'm very serious about making some deals here in Raleigh, NC *very soon* but I'm now focused on indoctrinating myself and getting comfortable with all aspects of Wholesaling if it takes a couple of months or so.I'm looking to use my IT experience to build my own system that's centered around automation, data analytics, and software integration.

I have a very analytical background and I hope to find ways to apply that knowledge and methodology in the real estate investing space.So if you have any feedback, advice, or want to sit down and have a chat about what you are looking for in an agent or brokerage, I am looking to better understand that.

I would run some analytics and see what will give you the best return in 3, 5,10,15 years.  

otherwise there are tons of folks here that could help you figure this out analytically.
