There's also a public version of the MLS, realtracs.com, but it's not nearly as robust as the actual MLS.

Don't you have enough "Pro" people paying to afford a better mobile app (that can edit, quote correctly, add images) I use the mobile version of the website using a web browser from my smartphone - that does allow for edits, and I even think images can be included too.

Sometimes they will come to an area and give a free 60-90 minute talk trying to hook you into a paid version.
