Too many products/services are 'created' that may be great in its inception but easily get abused by the general investing public.

These abuses of power should never happen. 

The other thing is that if you are "inheriting" Section 8 that is nice, because even though these people are taking handouts (well some abuse the system) Section 8 does a thorough inspection and demand changes that you wouldn't make for yourself even in order to qualify.

Be careful as many people abuse these vehicles as they are rentals (we know this from or our jobs).
