@Susan O.If you are eligible for a Solo 401k plan you can open one up at E*Trade but keep in mind that your investment options will be limited to those allowed by E*Trade, they confine them to the stock market only (bonds, stocks, mutual funds).

I just look at E  PA when I lived in PA  you could hardly drive in there safely.. now look at it.. ???

The few remaining D properties are quickly being scooped up and converted into Cs and Bs.Now, if you are looking at E 30th and say Olive St, then you would be looking at Class F or maybe even class Z!  

I am looking to create a plan that I would present my investors that ate interested on working with me.

Over the course of a year my wife and I fixed it up, rented to friends, ate peanut butter and jelly, did everything we could.

It's the same people who cordon ate events for motivational speakers etc.  

If a buyer is buying 6 houses ate one time, or vacant lots zoned for residential, and the buyer is a contractor, I'd say that flies.

And the mortgage ate up a lot of the income.

While I was watching it I ate a king size candy bar with a 16oz sugary drink.
