I don't trust to give the code to a prospective tenant; even if we install one with unique codes, you still have to worry about them messing the house, or leaving the patio door open or window open and coming at night to steal stuff, and you'll have no idea which one of the visitors is at fault.

Six individuals would have more visitors and more parties. 6 adults will create more wear and tear on the property then your typical family of six.of course these are generalizations and don't apply to every case but it's obviously been a significant enough problem that various municipalities have created policies against large numbers of unrelated individuals.
