Most larger Banks and Institutional Investors do not want the hastle of collecting loan payments this is why they contract servicers to do this task.Hope this helps you get started-ron

I am not sure if I would personally be able to obtain pre approval funding from the traditional institutions.Any thoughts on this would be a significant help as I cannot seem to move away from this topic.Thanks in Advance,Ron
