Sending letters out to homeowners regarding wholesaling

I was wondering when you randomly send out letters to foreclosed home owners does it have to be a certain way or does it just need a introductory , my LLC, what I do "I buy Houses, and all we do for them, then close it with my contact information. Just curious so please any advice would be most helpful.

@Ron S. wow california is for sure one of the stricter states, i don't to any wholesaling just looking to buy for my self.
