While the Laminate is highly scratch resistant and water resistant with good resale value it does have an issue with spills being left on the surface for a period of time.

@Jon Gorham Student housing can be a great investment just make sure that you use really durable materials (high traffic carpets, stain resistant paint etc) to help the house stand up to the potential beating it will take from the tenants and remove things that break easily or increase your liability (IE ceiling fans).

We don't really need anything else, unless we want to Swing Trade Commodities like Silver and Gold with excess Cash using Support and Resistance to preserve our Dollars as they print us into the toilet.
