Giving them permission ahead of time to not fix anything or to just leave the mess as is can create a relief for a seller who is selling moms house after she passed etc...I also offer to let them come back and have a private showing when the renovation is complete.

What could possibly happen when you do not abide by the laws and give your partner the legal forms is if your partner wants out of the deal, for any reason, and you can expect that your partner will want out, if your partner sues you then you will not get any type of trial where you can speak on your own behalf nor will you get any relief from the court.

So, even if the appraiser had weighted the Income Approach in their final reconciliation of value, resulting in a higher value, the bank would have sifted through the appraisal to find the value estimated derived from the Sales Comparison Approach and used that number.

Look at the water heater (put your ear on it if needed) sometime the temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve at a water heater leaks.

I've gone back and forth.. the higher payment does offer some tax relief (roughly $230 more than option 1) and in order to grow it seems backwards to have two properties with a lot of equity in them.
