Would you be able to send me info?

I'm strictly looking for properties in the 100K range or less and can put down up to 30%, however I can’t find anyone to lend me less than 100K.

This would probably allow me to qualify for the FHA loan if this is true since the giant loss is throwing off my DTI. 

The main thing I see: don't assume that just because you think it's "popular" right now that you will see this kind of action going forward.

Found T&H realty services to be pretty interesting as they provide both buyer brokerage service (to help me find deals) as well as do property management i.e. they are not full turnkey provider necessarily, but reduces some of the hassle for me I guess as an out of state investor.
