How to filter toys or other junk like cigars etc. tenants may accidentally or intentionally put and flush  before reaching septic tank or field lines to avoid damage to septic tank or field linesMy septic contractor charged 18k to  put a pump motor and then put advanced Elgin small field lines in the front yard as back yard has lot of rain water drainage issues as backyard is downhill.

Till now i spent below money1. 30k to replace septic system to advanced elgin system to put septic field lines in front yard and put electric motor to pump septic water through crawlspace through crawlspace.

one contractors recommending belowClean blower wheel inside furnace around 345$ ( he says cutting air flow efficiency by 20%)To replace blower motor capacitor around 125$ (says reading should be 5.0 but it is 3.9 may fail any time)To replace condense capacity 135$(says reading should be 5.0/40 but it is 4.8/37  may fail any time)What are the worst numbers until which these capacitors work before worrying about replacing them?

Again, someone please confirm.Somewhere I actually read (can't remember the source, though, but I believe it was actually an IRS example) that if you were to buy a new motor for an HVAC unit you could not expense (but have to depreciate) that motor as it itself is an integral part of the HVAC which, in turn, itself is an integral part of the building.
