We would need to learn all things creative, starting with how to pull numbers on a subject, is this a good deal, how would  move this deal to an investor, ect.We have looked into Pace Morbys course however, we are a brand new business and we are not in the place to drop $12k on a course.

Not every project will use the exact same ratios, if you're doing a flip and everything is brand new than you probably don't need much for cap x, but if it's an old house needing repairs than that will likely need to be higher.

I re-financed my property today that I used my business lines on credit on, which finished the BRRRR method for this property.Rough DetailsPurchase Price: $30,000Rehab: $20,000Fees paid transferring money through cash app: $338.85Holding Costs/Utilities: $675.00Closing Costs:$1000.00Total Money Invested: $52,013.85Appraisal: $80,00065% Loan: $52,000Money Left in Property: $13.85ROI: We could do the math on $13.85 but lets pretty much call it infinite at this point.The coolest thing in my opinion about this method is that I'm left with a home that has a brand new roof, AC, and an entirely renovated interior.

I occasionally enjoy co-hosting (splitting costs) for client events with a lending partner but that is pretty rare as most lenders just want to hold "first time home buyer" classes/events or co-brand online ads for home buyers.
