So, the big question: What can you invest in that will generate cash flow, is tax-deductible, is an appreciating asset, and allows you to enjoy it with your family and friends?

We don't sell you the home as they do, rather build it out at cost +fee for you, allowing investors to enjoy the upside in price.

You may find out you don't enjoy it at all, or that you're not good enough to manage it and can't afford a property manager.

I think even just having one is fun - it could be viewed as your own personal vacation house (or houses) in destinations you and your family enjoy spending time.

Some want to acquire an asset in an area they enjoy visiting and are less focused on optimizing profit and others primary objective is to maximize returns.

Currently I like the idea of having long term rentals for my future, but I really enjoy managing my place and think that I would enjoy doing property management as I would get to help others make money and help find a home for future residents.
