Charleston SC I'm a member of REIA we have a conference call every Sunday @ 8pm bring both to conference call and you will be able to get some serious investor's which will probably be some of the experience Russ S. above was speaking of you may be able to get help with selling both properties.

I have been observing the Industries watchdogs and trade partners conferences and WOWWW talk about a FUBAR situation UGHHHHH.

I would say it would be best that you attend a note conference to learn the basics and meet some fund managers and peers in the business.

Most convenient for you is probably the Eastern Mass REIA in Rockland (2nd location in Taunton).
