definitely speak to your CPA on the matter if you want to go for the sale but you could always seller finance it to someone with a loan structure that has some teeth in a few years which would encourage the new owner to refinance.

I feel with my Engineering and MBA background, this is something that really suits my skill-set and something I can sink my teeth into.

To any realtors on the east coast (any state from NJ,NY,PA & ME ) i would really hands down appreciate being added to a daily MLS update or anything along those lines ? 

Some firm handshaking followed and I was able to acquire a duplex and a single family home in foreclosure, both requiring massive renovations.I drew the design by hand on paper, I worked daily with the contractor overseeing the projects.

The downside is you have to "refresh" them daily which takes 2-3 minutes every morning.

Often they have so much work they drop your home flip and go the next smaller job and then come back.In most cases you are the general contractor coordinate different tasks and heavily involved on a daily basis to see it gets completed.
