Thanks Corey Moody for the help on this one, btw.After this, I jokingly mentioned to Ashley that by the time she quits, she may not have anything to do within the company if I can figure out how to work less and outsource more of my daily tasks.Fast forward 6 months, while I haven't figured out how to not work at all, I have outsourced almost all desktop, minimum wage tasks....Every day, I get emails similar to this one below from my VA team in the Philippines.

From my understanding, LLC's and Corporations have different tax requirements.I'd prefer to avoid both downtrodden and luxury real estate.Being handy is a learned skill and you can cut your teeth on your first few deals. 

As I listened to this podcast on one of my daily trips to meet one of my reps I realize that this guy is right in my backyard.

I was collecting rent and they asked me if I wanted to stick around for the daily show. 

There should be plenty of real estate meetups on a daily basis in your market.

I plan to continue working while building my buy and hold portfolio to help finance properties.I'm currently working with a great agent, have a HELOC in place, and analyzing properties daily to find something that makes sense.

I got fooled by Clayton Morris' TV personality and daily podcast of cashflow rental that he was promoting through Morris Invest.
