It is true that you often get what you pay for but you can typically find nicely designed fixtures and finishes at almost any price point.

Those residents pay a flat fee based on a few factors (i.e. number of fixtures, square footage, etc.).I assume you did your research on what you could rent this for...As is, I would not pursue this deal unless you are banking on appreciation and being able to increase the rent quickly.

A good chunk of items will have to be estimate/not exact because they don’t know what cabinets, flooring, light fixtures you’re using so there’s now way to be penny-precise on that but they should have some pretty good estimates as to what granite countertops, flooring, cabinets are going to cost you.
