If the traditional STR markets aren't taking this (Foremost & Proper), I would suggest connecting with an independent agent and they can try the following,1)  Try and find a carrier who can pair the high risk property with your Home and Auto policy.   2)  Find a policy with a Lloyds of London type insurance carrier3)  State back insurance - Each state has a Property insurance fund as a resource if the public can not find coverage. 

We all insure our health, auto, homes from fire and theft - most want to avoid paying for flooding coverage.

I'm more concerned with a liability claim from an auto accident than from a rental property. 

I use Rent Redi (super inexpensive and a small fee is paid by tenant) and offer a slight discount to tenants who use Auto-Pay.

My insurance agent that I’ve used for primary, auto, and my SFH rental has just quoted me for it. 

We found that the auto gill with backflow preventer piece was broken upon turning it in this year, so tank is not filling properly.

You can use a product like Stayfi to capture the guests names and emails to run off season marketing campaigns, but I don’t think there is a way for it to auto screen guests when booking.
