(female roommates BTW)

Yesterday i went there to clear a slow drain in their tub and i was bullied by the female tenant who accused me of putting them in a health risk due to mold in the washer.

As eliminating both really restrict my tenant pool.One side effect that I noticed when I restricted my apartments to cats only but not dogs, my tenants have been exclusively female. 

Ok, your second best is that the 'guys' doing the roof are actually female doing the roof in their bathing suits on Christmas Eve in the 'burbs of Philly.Third is that they fall in love with the house and want to buy it after they fix it.

I used to have family in that state, but they've all moved on or passed away so I have no connections in that state anymore and I told the oriental female realtor who was given to me that I no longer have family there.

Being a single female in the real estate investing landscape, I would love to find a like minded group to chat with.

However, whenever it did occur it was a female investor.

Recently a single female tenant moved into the other side and on the very first night of being there he tried to attack her.

This can be considered as (battered females, Veterans, Homelessness etc.)
