Not sure how cool Jackson is LOLbut I was there in Biloxi about 10 days after Katrina I was looking at a 250 unit apartment. tide water came in during the event and water was 6 feet up the walls. it was a major disaster.but from what I saw the good thing was the casino's were allowed to move from being on barges to land and the area exploded. great job on the rental.

The property is 20 min from Palm Springs, is near a few casinos, and is off the I-10 from Phoenix.

Though if it ever looked like UBI was going to happen I'd probably invest in casinos, liquor companies, Best Buy, etc.

I worked at the Casino during construction a lot and could just see the potential for beautifying the neighborhoods so close to Downtown.Love it out on the 495 corridor, I have friends all along there: Westborough, Franklin and Bolton.

@Kurt Martig this ordinance has similar restrictions where you have to be 2500 feet away from casinos and 660 ft away from another STR.

Downtown now has a large gathering area with an ice skating rink, a gambling casino, condos galore, shopping plazas and restaurants all around the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, and even the flats now has a new design.

I do, and it is in the multi-billions, USD.Their 'standards' for projects are anything humanitarian (which just means it creates growth, adds jobs, etc etc - not necessarily a non profit) and no casino's (no gambling ties).They demand a 40% share in the company they are providing the funding for.
