I have a tenant who lives in my very nice three bedroom unit whose lease provides a pet authorization for “one dog, one cat and one rabbit.”

My wife and I have done all the terms (short, mid, long term rentals) and have done some live in flips.

It wasn't fun living an hour and a half from work and play, but absolutely worth it.If one is starting with relatively low living expenses, cash flow can be extremely powerful towards reaching financial freedom.

I purchased my first home through NACA to actually live in and I'm curious on how to build my RE portfolio from here.

If you're comfortable living where you are, equity in your current property or your savings rate would be the two other ways to get your next one which is going to be much slower.

My property manager called (I live in Denver) and told me they got it turned off pretty quickly, but a whole wall's worth of drywall was damaged.
