In my day job I have a Vietnamese colleague who is an excellent business woman, tenacious as all get-out and able to bring in the business when it counts.

Phillip Gonzales I know nothing about you other than what you have divulged in your message here but to me this is the same no-win situation as when a woman asks "does this make me look fat?"  

I just pulled out the appraisal done by the same company on another property a couple of months ago and the woman who did the appraisal's signature is on it along with a supervisory appraiser's signature who is also the owner of the company.

The previous owner was a senior woman who filed for a homestead deduction as well as one for seniors which resulted in her property taxes to be only $11 a month!!!
