We did about one or two phone calls before his urgency to help suddenly disappeared.

We get stuff fixed as quickly as possible based on the urgency of the item, both for good tenant retention as well as keeping the property in good condition. 

We are still considering it but with less urgency as a few personal things are going on right now.

There isn't sense of urgency like an owner has.

This conveys urgency, some sophistication and ability to close since these are what may motivate the seller to call.Does anyone have good style and content you are willing to share for this target asset class?  

You will be nothing special to them, and they will not have any sense of urgency to resolve your issues with problem residents, screwed up payments, etc. 

According to our REA, the other places for sale while we were there were either overpriced or had PM restrictions.Many of the condos sit on the market for a long time due to the seller not having urgency to sell a condo that is making money as a STR.

However this takes the investor/buyer out of the tenant selection process and exactly as you say the urgency from the TK provider ( capital costs) TK Broker  ( I want my FEE) and you end up with less than optimal situation when it comes to the tenant placement..  

This time it is a longer period of time, with an urgency, and the pets make it a bigger inconvenience.

It saves my time and creates a sense of urgency for the 5 people all trying to see your house at same time.
