Under Florida Statute 475.42(1)(a), the crime of Unlicensed Practice of Real Estate is committed when a person engages in real estate activities listed under Florida Statute 475.01(1)(a) without a real estate license for compensation. 

There're some outstanding UNlicensed people working for H&R (hard to find them there, but they exist), and there're some totally incompetent solo CPAs.The key is to find someone who knows real estate taxation.

You working as the unlicensed "agent"/wholesaler and getting 3% probably isn't in the best interest of your grandparents.

Are you busting unlicensed real estate brokering or looking to illegally broker deals?

@Janelle Hudson maybe just let them know you are likely engaging in unlicensed activity and are in a hurry to dump it...

I will remain unlicensed, but glad it is working for you.  

Or using all unlicensed drug addicts.

You have to have an agent who is willing to set you up as an unlicensed assistant and give you corresponding access to their MLS.

I used cheap, unqualified and unlicensed contractors. 

And ps as an agent I’d always say an agents comps are ideal but because the world we live in has unlicensed people using Zillow etc I have learned to speak that language.
