New Local Orlando Investor

Hello Biggerpockets!

I’m a new investor in Orlando, Fl. Looking at setting up shop after months of lurkering around here on biggerpockets. As well as doing some research on my own. I have been able to formulate how I would like to go to market. My niche I want to target as well as the area I’d like to begin. I just wanted to ask for some input from other local investors that have way more wisdom than I do.

1. Should I utilize a service like legal zoom to review my purchase and sale contract/ assignment contract?
