If your plumber snakes out a bunch of wet wipes, tampons, kid toys, or other foreign objects, then you can hold the Tenant liable.

@AJ SatcherAnother major expense was that 6 month’s after purchasing our 4 unit house hack, we had a sewer backup, rented a snake from Home Depot, and ran 75 feet through 3 times, didn’t clear.

But once in contract with them they can come out and snake (or clean) clogged toilets or lines as needed for free until the job starts.
