The wood had a few nails so i could not plane it to get consistent thickness so i put it down and then sanded it to get it all level again.  

The dilemma is that the place is old and awkward, I have to work around 2 foot thick stone walls and as it stands my master will have a full bath directly across from it in a hallway that attaches to the living room.

Although their binder looks thick, I didn't notice anything in there that I haven't seen in the book on BP. 

It was an actual glaze, a thick product that you had to apply with a paintbrush (hence why I got the handyman- I didn't think I would be able to do a smooth enough finish to make the tub look good).

You do want to lay a vapor barrier down- 6-10 mil thick polyethylene.

The carpet is due for a replacement with a thick pad.

I have found that one of the things that does not last very long is the skirting around a MH so decided to get thick sheet metal instead of the thin vinyl.

@Jennifer Rysdam it looks like those carabiners are too thick to go through the key's hole. 

Don't worry about offending me I have thick skin.
