The resort is a four season resort with golf, tennis, and a small man made lake that is open in the summer.Almost 20 years ago, I invested in a few rehab properties that were rented.

I am interested in locateing any property investment clubs in SE Tenn. I

I live by the tennis center, behind Doscher's.

Typically, the communities consist of 1 story detached sfr and 1 story attached town houses and the community amenities may include club houses, golf courses, pools, gyms, tennis, ect.  

I just passed my class with Champion Real Estate and I am wondering if I should move forward with passing the state exam.  

Windsor hills and Solara also have a few as does Champions Gate Albeit getting pricey in a hurry
