North Minneapolis can look pretty tasty if you're only seeing the numbers, but crime rates there are (I think) the highest in the region.  

It's clear water and my dog uses it as a water dish, so, it's not sewer.I've lived in this house before for 1.5 years (moved out 5 years ago) and didn't notice this, but I also didn't do much yardwork in the front, which I'm doing now. 

I'm a 30 year old single man, so sometimes dishes get left in the fridge for a while and they start to stink.

Do you want to walk into a restaurant and see half the tables full of dishes and it takes 30 min for your order to be served to you? 

Dishes piled up, bags of trash or clothes its hard to tell but  clothes  are thrown everywhere, roaches every where.

There were old dishes in the dishwasher (not clean) and old food in the cabinets.

First, the Dish washer should have been repaired/replaced when you bought the property.

There are a lot of fake teachers out there who dish out garbage information that loses people money, so make sure you know where they're coming from, experience-wise. 

Bathrooms and kitchen are shared.One tenant writes :A confrontation occurred because I kindly asked a roommate to clear her dishes out of the sink so I would avoid contact with them as I was exposed to covid 19 and did not want to cross contaminate her dishes and I was told that since I was exposed to covid 19 that I am not allowed to use kitchen or bathroom.

But if you're living in a 7 bedroom space with a ton of roommates, maybe getting into something smaller where you have more privacy and don't have to argue about who's dirty dishes are on the counter.
