The best way to find out is to call them during your trial and ask for help with something (even if you've already figured it out, ask for help anyways to see what the support is like).It shouldn't take more than a couple hours of research to try out the top platforms and identify which feels the best for you.

Tech support is super helpful and have been available whenever I've needed them evenings or weekends.

Also you can't beat their support, I always get a person when I call, they speak English, and they seem to all have property management backgrounds which I think is stellar and super helpful for me especially when I was getting the hang of things.

The problem is that when you have  problem with YP(Guesty for Hosts) their customer support is horrible.  24 hr response times to simply get an email stating they are looking at it.
