Hello, I am graduating soon and I have the opportunity to either stay in Boston or Miami.

Thoughtful extras, such as welcome baskets or well-stocked kitchens with basic spices, can make a stay memorable.

One of the condos where we stayed for years came out with a ridiculously long breed ban list.

So, they just stayed vacant.Income reliability is another major issue.

I stay in the basement, I went thru ups & downs like everyone else,  What has worked for me lately is renting to senior men (55+). 

We tend to stay just below our competition with a superior product.  

update on this, in my opinion unconstitutional law. in December 2024  a Texas judge put a stay on the Transparency Act.

I am open to outside of Raleigh as well given the prices have increased significantly, but want to stay within a few hours. 

For now, staying local allows me to leverage my property management experience—most of which came from working directly for family and close business associates who were property managers, contractors, and business owners.
